Job Description

The YouTube Business Go-To-Market (GTM) team is responsible for driving all Go-To-Market functions for the Business Organization including strategy and business operations, segmentation, analytics and data science, partnership and program enablement, and product activation. You will lead the GTM function for the YouTube Product Partnerships team. Our Product Partnerships team is responsible for making YouTube's products more universally accessible and useful through strategic partnerships with telcos, device manufacturers, tech platforms, and more. The team has three primary focus areas: building for the future of YouTube's products by enabling innovative features and exploring new use cases; distributing YouTube's apps and services at scale to maintain ubiquitous device distribution; and growing our ad-supported and subscriptions businesses through innovative consumer offers, new entry points, and reduced barriers to access.

In this role, you will be responsible for running all programs/strategic initiatives that drive our Product Partnerships team, as well as business performance, market intelligence, and business operations (including partner segmentation, service model design, OKRs, and annual headcount and budget planning). You will partner with Partnerships, Product, Finance, and Marketing leadership to advocate for and prioritize the needs of the business. You will take initiative, think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with global teams to drive significant initiatives.
