Job Summary/Description:

WTAP is currently searching for an Media Account Coordinator to work Media Account Managers and local businesses to help grow revenue through advertising on our broadcast networks (NBC, CBS, FOX, MeTV) and full suite of digital marketing products.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
* Inputting orders & uploading order details and ad copy
* Follow up with fulfillment of orders and pulling reporting for clients
* Work directly with the Digital Sales Manager, Media Account Managers and clients
* Monitor digital creative, delivery of all media campaigns
* Organize and deliver monthly reports
* Daily monitoring of all digital campaigns plus reconciling weekly and month-end billing reports

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Must be detail- oriented, very organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* While training will be provided on our software systems, candidates should already be comfortable working with computers.
* Familiarity with different types of digital marketing is preferred.
