Job Summary/Description:
WPTA is looking for a highly motivated Assistant News Director. As assistant you will oversee daily editorial and content decisions for WPTA's ABC and NBC newscasts. This leader will report directly to the News Director. Together as a team, they will develop and implement a news content and delivery strategy that is focused on journalistic integrity and serving the viewer. The Assistant News Director will also oversee digital and OTT strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Four Year College Degree Preferred
- Significant Newsroom Leadership Experience
- Strong Digital Content Producing Skills
- Leadership expertise and the ability to motivate a team
