International Marketing Lead

Job summary
WONDERY is seeking a highly motivated International Marketing Lead. The right candidate is a heavy podcast listener with an eclectic background that potentially includes marketing, distribution, international, public relations, analytics, and project management. This position will be working with a number of international marketing managers, country leads, and local podcast creators. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management throughout their career as well as strong examples of building organizational structure and collaborative strategies. This is a management role but also requires a strong degree of analytical proficiency. This position will report into the Head of Marketing.

Key job responsibilities
• Interface, manage, and build relationships with international marketing leads, country managers, and local creators
• Collaborate with country managers and head of international to determine annual budget structure and operating plan
• Act as a domestic voice and conduit for the international territories
• Manage international show marketing budgets and track KPIs
• Design educational programs and communications systems for international marketers
• Keep abreast of podcast industry news, and emerging trends in content marketing
• Support the team as subject matter expert in an area of international marketing disciplines
• Develop global marketing campaigns with domestic and international marketing leads
• Oversee B2B international marketing including events, PR, and marketing supporting content and commercial

Wondery is behind 10 of the Top 20 New Shows of 2020, according to Podtrac. Over forty of Wondery's shows have hit #1 on Apple Podcasts including ''The Vaping Fix'' and ''The Apology Line''. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience directly managing others
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience directly managing teams
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Prestation, communication, and writing skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• International marketing experience
• Love for the podcast medium
• Organizational and Project Management skills
• Interpersonal and presentation skills including the ability to persuasively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
