A little bit about our teams:

Global Data Operations is charged with developing and overseeing long-term solutions to improve the manner in which WMG collects, stores, and visualizes its analytical data. Those solutions may include changes in business processes or the implementation of new technology. Key objectives of the department will be to rationalize the way data is sourced, stored, and made available to users, with the goal of minimizing cost while maximizing the value derived from such data.

The Business Transformation Office is helping build the Digital Music Company of the Future, focused on: digital transformation; organizational design; strategic planning; technology systems, solutions, and processes; and non-labor cost management across the globe. The Transformation Office manages the formulation of long-term strategic initiatives to ensure cohesiveness and consistency with the Group's overall corporate strategic vision and mission. The team leads and manages the evaluation of potential business ideas, merger and acquisition (M&A), and corporate projects, as well as the development of plans to facilitate the effective execution of identified projects, to support the Group's corporate strategy and operational needs.

Your role:

The role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer is one that is critical to the success of the department. You will be involved in maintaining the smooth running of a team of forward-thinking executives that are changing the way Warner Music Group operates. Here you'll get to:
• Manage & oversee the day-to-day office operations for the Business Transformation Office
• Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and coordinating team meetings
• Understand and support the business side (e.g., work on ad hoc projects; take meeting notes; create materials)
• Manage highly-sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Produce and work on special projects, PowerPoint decks, Excel reports and charts for senior management, as needed
• Coordinate and book business travel arrangements, including domestic & international flights, hotel, & transportation
• Submit, track, & maintain travel and entertainment expenses
• Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic & international meetings/conferences/special events
• Develop and maintain communication tools and distribution lists for departments

About you:
• Highly organized and is able to work with multiple executives
• Be a results-oriented self-starter with a keen eye for detail
• Multitask and manage deadlines
• Orchestrate and manage multiple overlapping meetings, projects, vendors
• Communicate information clearly, concisely and professionally, both written and verbally

We'd love it if you also had:
• 5-7 years of Executive-level administrative experience
• 4+ years in Project management experience
• College Degree preferred
