The Job

To assist with the management of the warehouse and warehouse operations. This role will focus on managing inventory, making sure that our stock levels are accurate and reflected in our systems.

The Daily
- Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with maintaining an accurate inventory of all show sets and scenic elements stored at the warehouse, using inventory software. - Assist Project Manager with scheduling the transport of semi-trailers to and from the studios.
- Drive a 24ft box truck and operate a forklift to move elements as needed, lifting up to 75lbs.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures.
- Learn to read a CAD drawing and assist in translating them to a build schedule and plan.

The Essentials
- At least one year of production, film or theater, or related experience. • Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to change direction quickly and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized, with high attention to detail, while juggling many tasks at once.
- Great attitude and a solid team player.
