Job Description

The Job
• Send and receive audiovisual content in any of its formats using electronic media for which they must validate that deliveries are complete at video, metadata & images level and ensure that they are made according to the specifications of each client previously established by the company. Follow up the process from end to end, interacting with the areas involved and ensuring that each area complies with the deadlines that each content demands. Generate reports using various programs.
• Compile and/or manage content generated by the company and/or third parties for subsequent use by internal or external customers and suppliers to different formats and standards using pre-established profiles. Generate and/or manage service orders in the traffic system establishing times and processes required. Interact with different areas of the company to meet their delivery objectives. Record technical and operational data in different administrative management systems, specific to their work.
• Process images following pre-established guidelines and according to the needs of each client. To check the language of the audio and subtitles in systems and devices and the correct processing of the contents. Access platforms and systems for the correct publication of content prior to the start of its licensing and once published.
• Communicate to peers and superiors on any issues requiring escalation.

• Academic background: Audiovisual Communicator or related careers.
• Analytical skills

• Work under pressure for tight deadlines
• Detail oriented but with understanding of high level workflows
• Team player
• Availability from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 23:00

The Nice to Haves
• Knowledge in: Photoshop, Audio and video formats
• Experience required: 2 years in operational positions
• Language: Intermediate/advanced English
