Major activities:
• Lead the UX thinking, always having adoption; growth; margins and retention in mind. Abble to build presentations and talk trough to higher management about remonded actions
• Build strong working relationships with partner teams and ensure cross-functional buy-in and work with key stakeholders to agree upon the UX approach for any given product
• Speak on behalf of the user's experience during the planning and executional phases of all projects, giving feedback that will enhance the end product for the audience.
• Plan and conduct competition analisys, interpret data, user research and deliver this into the product as execution. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Build and conduct a UX driven practice within the team: such as product discovery, design thinking, among other UI/X methodologies that helps finding paths into moving forward
• Create and work on prototypes, wireframes and present it to other stake holders
• Work with the international and global UX designers to create stronger in company synergy.
• Work as a part of the bigger kids and Warner Media team, supporting different iniciatives as needed.

Essential:
• +5 years proven work experience as a UI/UX lead or Design lead
• Creative and analytical approach, with a pro active profile
• Communication, collaboration and teamwork
• Fluent in English
• Strong project & time management skills with the ability to work with multiple projects
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
• Love for kids content

Desirable:
• Programing language
