The Job

Using best digital practices drive online sales revenue through the creation of omni-channel digital campaigns (Display, Paid Social, Email, etc) that are optimized for conversion and awareness and insure out website/mobile app is optimized and current. Using our digital roadmap as your guide, this individual will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Agency to champion online/mobile/social sales to meet revenue and attendance goals.

The Daily
• Create and manage website and mobile channel content, ensuring that all content is on-brand, up to date, accurate using CMS and understanding of basic coding (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Manage online ticketing products within the website to insure WBSTH is in compliance advertising best practices.
• Insure website is compliant with GDPR regulations inclusive of management of all tracking tags and pixels.
• Create, manage and implement a CRM strategy in partnership with Consumer Insights team, including devising appropriate data capture initiatives.
• Create and implement online customer acquisition campaigns to drive sales using a variety of targeting strategies, programmatic and real-time buys, and other digital best practices. Achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Provide a proactive and forward thinking commercial approach to the delivery of effective SEO and SEM strategies (Organic and Paid). Manage search budgets with the objective of maximizing online revenue and minimizing cost-of-sale
• Oversee effective and cost efficient online media buying to support the acquisition/awareness objectives of the Tour and provide accurate reporting on media spend/results.
• Work with the team to ensure marketing databases are used effectively and creatively for driving revenue from consumers and trade.
• Working with Marketing Manager and Digital Agency, develop on-brand engaging creative for use in all owned channels.
• Working with our digital agency, optimize the online customer journey and steward the integrity of the Studio Tour website.
• Collaborate across the studio with other WB digital teams and consumer intelligence. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure we remain a leader in the attraction space.

The Essentials
• 3-5 years' website management
• 3-5 years' using a Content Management System
• 3-5 years' experience using web analytics tools.
• 2-3 years' experience working with a creative tool like Photoshop
• 2-3 years leverage social media platforms for paid advertising
• Experience building and optimizing Google AdWords SEM campaigns.
• Experience managing agency relationships.
