Project Manager

Warner Media is looking for a standout project manager who has applicable experience. We are working on a never-before-seen type of high-end electronics / collectible product for one of our most popular franchises that will be highly innovative and IoT-enabled. You will be involved in liaising across cross-divisional teams within WarnerMedia and with external consultants and partners, as well as keeping the senior management team apprised of major progress updates. Responsibilities:
• Create an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams with key deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
• Oversee project scope, costs, and timeline and monitor progress against budgets.
• Identify and communicate key risks.
• Manage the approval process with executive stakeholders and franchise partners.
• Keep a diverse team of internal teams, consultants, and partners working efficiently together to build a ground-breaking product that will delight fans around the globe.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of managing complex creative and/or technical projects.
• Experience working with common project management tools and processes.
• Experience working with external partners and vendors.
• Experience maintaining detailed and up-to-date project plans that accurately reflect the status of all active workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills.
• Experience executing against tight timelines.
• Must be able to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative & collaborative team environment.

Desired Skills:
• Project management experience in videogame and/or app development.
• Experience with hardware, manufacturing, and physical product development.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in entertainment with IP that is beloved by fans.
