The Job

Receive, sort and track all programming materials received for Music signals.
The person in this position shall receive and download all programming materials that are submitted, and sort them for viewing by programmers.
Then send and follow up on each of them, giving notice to the programmers when they are ready to be broadcast.
Work with all the Media and QC teams of both signals to track the materials.

The Daily
• Download, view and sort video clips and programs related to music channels.
• Make videos available for programmers to view and prioritize.
• Send materials to ingest and follow up on them.
• Collaborate with the general programming tasks of both channels.

The Essentials
• General knowledge of Aleph
• Knowledge of QC and Ingest loops
• Extensive knowledge of transfer tools such as Mediashuttle
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Adobe Premiere and Media ENcoder. (Required)

The Nice to Haves
• Knowledge of the Latin American and world music scene.
• Mac and PC skills
