Job Description
WarnerMedia's Research, Data & Insights team is seeking a Manager, Audience Measurement. This Manager will collaborate on measurement initiatives related to linear and digital video distribution across all consumer end points including OTT/CTV/DTC and across all deal types, with a primary focus on Vendor Exploration and alternate currency. Provide support on the testing, learning, and building out of a democratized third-party measurement framework that include the devising guidelines for client offerings and understanding the best offering for WarnerMedia's premium Portfolio. Assist the managing third-party vendor relationships, maintaining relationships with Nielsen/Comscore and expanding the investigation and testing of new partner products.

Daily Responsibilities
• New Vendor Testing
• Develop agenda items and track test progress
• Monitor Legal, Ops, and Ad Tech requirements
• Assist in end-to-end live test campaign execution and analyses
• Provide administrative support as needed
• National Addressable
• Organize WM Product specs and packaging
• Document third party methodological details and reporting
• Record meeting notes for key cross functional internal meetings
• General team support
• Support the expansion of first-party measurement efforts
• Assist with troubleshooting Nielsen DAR and Comscore reporting
• Provide back-up for rest of the team in meetings or on projects as needed
• Attend external events, webinars, presentations and present meeting notes to team

Experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing analytics or business intelligence at a Media Company, Ad Tech, Agency, Measurement Company, or Distributor
• Experience with independently managing and implementing research, measurement, or analytics projects within an organization
• Experience and knowledge of advanced media data sets, vendors, and platforms (ex: Nielsen, Comscore, FreeWheel, Adobe Analytics, IAS, Experian, etc.)
• Strong analytical, technical, verbal and written communication skills and leadership ability
• Experience with using data visualization tools (ex: Tableau, Looker, Domo)
• Passionate about media and data analytics; and willing to keep up in the latest trends in Ad Tech, Programmatic, and Advanced TV
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast-moving environment
• Clear understanding of the shifting dynamics for Identity and the implications on cross-platform measurement
• Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, statistics, data science or mathematics
• Deep experience with Advance TV landscape, ad sales billing/planning tools a plus
