The Job

Position handles all administrative support to Stage 13's SVP of Scripted and, development administrative support for Scripted team.

The Daily
• Provide administrative support to SVP including scheduling, phones, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc. Provide administrative support to Scripted department including individual team members as requested.
• Update and manage submission logs and, internal department documents. Manage reminders and task lists.
• Support Scripted team on coverage/notes of projects and material. Review and provide written and/or verbal feedback for incoming submissions, projects, and films. (eg: current, development, shorts, etc)
• Support Scripted team in research and tracking (eg: market intelligence, film festivals, contests, etc). Manage corresponding grids and lists.
• Attend meetings as requested and, take and archive notes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Essentials
• The position supports the SVP/Head of Scripted Content and Scripted development team on administrative and creative duties for Stage13, WarnerMedia's award-winning studio focused on diverse and inclusive stories.
• The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task; have the ability to complete administrative tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
• The candidate will also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Experience following corporate legal and financial protocols
• Able to effectively manage multiple schedules and prioritize admidst competing demands from internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to prioritize multiple assignments in fast-changing environment and follow through on meeting deadlines with consistency.

The Nice to Haves
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant, preferably at an agency, studio, distributor. Production experience a plus.
• Experience with:
• executive level calendar management
• expense processing
• travel coordination
• reading and analyzing material; writing coverage
• Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Office Products
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Airtable.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and serve as a high-performing, collaborative member of a team, with great initiative.
• Able to exercise sound judgement, objectivity, integrity and diplomacy when working with talent, stakeholders, and team members.
• Avid reader and consumer of tv, film, pop culture, art, literature and media.
• Strong grasp of story fundamentals. Strong written and verbal analytical and critical skills.
• Working knowledge of marketplace, buyers, talent representatives, and executives particularly, across scripted series space.
• Skilled in anticipating and course correcting for problems.
• Resourceful, efficient, and highly skilled in creative problem-solving.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime if/when required

Skilled in discussing and handling intersectional issues with sensitivity and diplomacy.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with high level of professionalism.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred.
