The Capital Management team within Production Technology is responsible for the resources that our managers and engineers invest to deliver the cool technology to keep CNN, TNT, HBO among others on air.

We own, manage, and report on up to $200M+ Capital dollars for all Production Technology projects. We are the business operations wizards that allows Production Technology to run approximately 400+ simultaneous projects with efficiency, clarity, and consistent execution.

The Capital Management team works closely with our fellow Sr. Production Technology Leadership, Financial Partners, Project Managers and Engineers to run the financial engines that empower Production Technology to successfully deliver the innovative projects to our clients.

We pride ourselves on coding back-end systems and solving the financial puzzles of WBD. We are looking for a team member who is very comfortable in Excel, loves to play the hard level of Sudoku, and usually wins at Monopoly.
Our work is extremely detailed in data and process. A background in business operations, project management, accounting, or financials would be ideal.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist Project Managers and Engineering Managers to properly gather and complete all materials for ACE Submission and to perform ACE submissions on their behalf.
• Assist Project Managers and Engineering Managers to track and forecast capital spending
• Create and deliver project and program reports
• Produce and distribute ADHOC reporting and analysis pertaining to ACE Projects utilizing data, Ariba data, Clarity Data, etc.
• Assist with Forecast meeting notes
• Assist with Budget planning and tracking meeting notes
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet. Knowledge of Ariba, Clarity, Oracle, and Peoplesoft is a plus. Training will be provided if not.
