This pivotal role touches every part of the business; defining work with Client Services; delivering work with Creative, Strategy and Production; and ensuring it's smooth running through partnership with Operations (inc Resource Management) and FP&A.
• Own the delivery and performance of projects throughout all stages of delivery; pitch, scoping / budgeting, execution, approvals, launch and wrap / retrospective.
• Lead a cross functional team of area experts across Strategy, Creative and Production, setting expectations, managing timelines and budgets, overseeing deliverables and ensuring work proceeds in an orderly and purposeful manner.
• Partner with Client Services to scope projects, owning the creation of the budgets and staffing plan.
• Use Virtue's project tools (Adobe Workfront) to identify risks, challenges and opportunities and partner with Clients Services and Operations to respond.
• Create and manage staffing plans for projects and work alongside Resource Managers to ensure the right team members are on the right work.
• Be the rock and the advocate for the project team; represent the needs of the project to the wider business and use your skills as a leader / manager to create an environment in which excellence can thrive.
• Own the financial performance of the project, ensure that hours spent are concurrent with the hours sold and manage difficult trade offs with your colleagues in Operations & FP&A.
• Where freelance talent is sourced onboard them into projects and be their day to day point of contact.
• Understand and support multiple aspects of production from digital, experiential, content (still & motion) and print.
• Feedback learnings into the Virtue Operations team to ensure the ongoing improvement and optimization of business process and practice.
