Job

This position supports the Scenic department and Assoc. Operations Manager to track and conduct administrative and operational tasks. This role will suit an individual who has strong organization and communication skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment.

Daily
• Maintain and organize daily logs and timesheets for Scenic Crew payroll
• Maintain accuracy of scheduling tool
• Track and reconcile production and office expenses
• Track and monitor material usage and expenses; keep material pricing up to date
• Maintain scenic production reports
• Create and execute crew schedules
• Make travel arrangements for Scenic Crew
• Facilitate new hire inductions and studio access for new employees
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor and order inventory for office and breakroom
• Maintain general facility needs

Essentials
• College degree
• Administration experience
• 1-2 years production experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with scenic production
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and independently motivated

T3 Trainee Program
• The Turner Trainee Team (T3) program is designed for recent college graduates who have a driving desire to succeed in the media industry.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Trainees will be selected to receive a hands-on learning experience for 11 months in Turner's leading divisions.
• All T3's must be no more than 2 years post-graduation from an accredited university.
• This program is paid, with benefits.
• Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
