HR COORDINATOR, TICKETMASTER UK

Location: Manchester, hybrid role

Division: Ticketmaster UK

Line Manager: HR Director, Fan Experience

Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE JOB

The HR coordinator assists in the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, programs and recruiting. Reporting to the HR Director Fan Experience, the HR Coordinator will support on all HR activities and provide day to day operational support. In particular, they will have involvement with and support on Talent Sourcing, Learning and Development, Reward and Recognition, Employee Relations as well as other HR functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
• Support the delivery of recruitment and selection campaigns for both hourly and established staff working with recruiting team to ensure appropriate, effective and efficient use of media; drafting, editing and proofing recruitment advertisements and providing advice on the selection process.
• Review and update job descriptions with the support of HR colleagues and line managers.
• Liaise with recruitment team and candidate on potential employment legislation aspects of a role. (i.e. eligibility to work in the UK).
• Lead on the new starter on-boarding processes ensuring new staff are set up on HR systems, booked on relevant training and all new starter paperwork has been completed. Ensure the HR induction for new staff is delivered and the probation process is completed for all new starters.
• Working alongside the wider UK HR teams and independently, to provide procedural and best practice advice to employees and managers regarding a wide range of HR issues establishing effective relationships with key staff
• Support HR colleagues and line managers in dealing with employee relations issues including grievance, disciplinary and performance management undertaking casework as required
• Jointly with HR colleagues, coordinate and administer the annual appraisal process, review learning plans and ensure that training needs have been recorded and training opportunities provided as required
• Work collaboratively with the other HR teams to ensure effective administration systems are in place and to continue to improve HR processes and practice
• Administer the leaver exit process including issuing conducting exit interviews and flagging potential issues or trends with the HR Business Partner.
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Identify and recommend training and development requirements for contact centre employees

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Excellent organisational, administrative skills, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Good understanding of Employee Relations and also the Recruitment Cycle
• Good at problem solving and consistent/accurate in output
• Calm under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and effective time management skills
• Awareness of Equality & Diversity
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Proven experience and confidence of working with HR systems (data input and analysis) and providing systems advice to management and staff
• Experience of working with, implementing and improving office systems and databases
• Excellent IT Skills including MS Office (Word, Excel in particular)
