JOB DESCRIPTION – Financial Accountant - Office based

Location: Milan

Division: Ticketmaster Italia - Finance

Line Manager: Finance Manager

Contract Terms: permanent

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Assist with month end close processes focusing on accruals, allocations, journal entries, and various spend analyses
• Coordinate Purchase Order requests with Operations teams and the Procurement Department
• Initial reviewer of invoices and consolidated billing including tracking throughout the approval and payment process. Assist with invoice allocations as needed.
• Build and maintain tracking files for various capital projects, service contracts, software licenses, purchase orders, consultant activity, etc.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Other duties as assigned by management

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience c/o CPA a plus
• 1-3 years accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
• IT knowledge and Oracle experience as a plus
• What you are ideally looking for and any proven track records.
