The Job

The CW Network's Media Sales Department is searching for a Multi-Platform (Linear + Digital) Sales Service Analyst who will excel in engaging and managing relationships with our agency clients. This role plays an integral role in the stewardship of The CW's sales strategies and delivery of a high level of client service.

The Daily
• Assists in the maintenance of media sales deals and carry out terms of any/all agreements with individual clients.
• Works closely with agency clients keeping them informed of the latest scheduling/programming changes on the network for possible re-expressions and makegood opportunities.
• Serves as liaison between CW Traffic Dept and agencies to resolve any scheduling discrepancies.
• Solves short term ad inventory needs, moves, flips and inventory change requests from agencies.
• Serves as direct liaison between CW Finance and agencies to resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Secures digital assets to ensure on time launch of FEP and VOD campaigns.
• Stewards both linear, FEP and VOD deals to deliver audience guarantees. Provide post and in-flight delivery analyses to agencies upon request.
• Types correspondence, reports, labels, contracts, etc.
• Coordinates and arranges domestic travel and hotel accommodations; prepares expense reports and follows through on any inquiries.
• Maintains various files, records, reports and logs.
• Assist in planning advertising agency client events to further enhance working relationships.

This position is required to work in person at one of our locations in the United States. The CW Network, LLC requires anyone working in our workplaces in the US to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The Essentials
• College degree required.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging others, carrying a conversation, building/foster relationships, and strive to be a proactive problem solver.
• Previous experience in TV Network and/or entertainment industry strongly preferred.
• Must be technically proficient with strong familiarity MS Office, especially Excel.
• We're seeking someone who is highly organized and has experience handling administrative tasks and duties. (i.e. Following procedures, learning proprietary systems, maintaining files)
