Technicolor Creative Studios is looking for an HR Coordinator to support our fun and growing US teams, based in NYC. The role will be responsible for managing all HR employee lifecycle processes from Onboarding to Offboarding with a focus on providing our employees with a consistent, quality and positive experience. You will also help to design and implement new initiatives and process improvements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the Global People Services Team to ensure the execution of efficient and high-quality HR operations services.
• Work closely with the Global People Services Team Manager to address issues, escalate problems and ensure resolution to employees and managers.
• Support time management compliance.
• Provide transactional and operational support to employees, managers, and people partners, including but not limited to onboarding, employment documentation, I-9 forms, data entry, PTO, and any other types of HR administration support.
• Ensure compliance with requirements established by company procedures, local government regulations, and audit requirements. Review and update procedures regularly.
• Ensure proper quality controls to achieve high quality HR operations and compliance with required legislation and service level agreements.
• Share expertise with individuals within the Global Service Team.
• Help drive and create process improvement initiatives based on experiences.
• Collaborate effectively and work under minimum direction.

Qualifications
• Passion for HR operations with excellent customer service skills
• Preferred one (1) year or more of HR Services experience working in a dynamic and change-oriented environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay extremely organized
• Process oriented mindset with great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with high volume workload and tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
