The MPC VFX Creative Training and Development Team is quickly growing and will become the largest VFX Studio training team in the world. We are looking for a Creative Training and Development Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our quickly growing team. This person must be resilient, proactive, and able to work collaboratively as part of a larger vision. A personable nature who knows how to be upbeat and motivate team members.

The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity this role will be expected to engage in on a day-to-day basis. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities as the nature of our business requires all employees to be flexible, self-motivated and to think creatively when presented with challenges.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute all logistical tasks associated with planning a training program
• Following Global training goals, manage and keep the training schedules up to date
• Monitor and flag any issues with the training program schedule in a timely manner
• Adheres to guidelines, standards, and best practices for optimizing the learning experience
• Ensure trainees are on-boarded correctly with access to their workstations
• Maintain planning documents of current department trainers and their progress
• Report on feedback data, visualize trends, and escalate improvement opportunities
• Take meeting notes and manage workflow documentation
• Provide support for department trainers during training and document questions
• Keep all department trainer's tasks and statuses up to date
• Facilitate requests from the trainees or department managers
• Maintain the training Shot Grid workflow and pages
• Document and support all Training, Leadership, HOD, HOC and DM Priorities
• Collect data and ensure all reports are working and up to date
• Follow workflow to track and maintain new starter information
• Coordinate with other regions on discipline initiatives across sites
• Be people first and embrace creativity
• Reports to Global Creative Training and Development Manager

Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a VFX/Training Coordinator
• Knowledge and understanding of VFX Schedules
• Ability to communicate effectively with understanding of the target audience
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
• Understanding of Project Management Principals
• Flexible to working in different time zones based on needs
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• VFX Film Industry knowledge and show experience
