As a Programmatic & Direct Sales Account Manager (or programmatic strategist) you will serve as a key point of contact for clients (agencies, trading desks, DSPs, advertisers) as well as evangelize Tastemade programmatic solutions internally. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship and health of existing campaigns while identifying opportunities to onboard new programmatic deals. At the same time, you will be responsible for direct campaign sales on our Streaming platform.

We're looking for a candidate with a mix of technical and client-facing sales skills. This role is responsible for winning new programmatic business and direct media sales., acting as an internal programmatic specialist as well as managing existing deal flow (optimizing, troubleshooting and upselling).

What you'll be doing:
• Accurately manage, create and grow premium programmatic opportunities
• Forge and manage relationships with key programmatic buyers
• Forge and manage relationships with media agencies and clients media departments
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize, renew and upsell deals
• Provide strategic programmatic solutions for existing top clients
• Meticulously track and manage deal flow, streamline PMP setup and activation and develop a cadence for reporting
• Tag-team with sales on meetings where programmatic support is needed

What you'll bring:
• 2-4 years of relevant digital advertising experience
• Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem
• Relationships with media buyers at top agency holding companies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and come up with creative solutions
• Ad-ops and/or client-facing experience
• Can multi-task and manage various projects at once
• Excitement about the programmatic industry and the Tastemade brand
