The Music Mission organization owns Spotify's end-to-end level proposition for music creators including creation, promotion, artistic expression, and fan monetization.

The Music Promotion team develops music-native products that help artists and their teams reach the right listeners who will grow to love their music and become fans. Our products are used at scale -- over 1,000,000 active artist teams in Spotify for Artists and more than 380,000,000 listeners. As the Product Insights Manager for Music Promotion, we are looking for a leader with a data science background to help us understand our artist teams and listeners and influence the evolution of our product offering.

You and your team's work will range from evolving our foundational understanding of artist and label needs in fan development to using advanced statistics to measure the performance and causal impact of promotion products, to prototyping predictive models that can assist artists to promote the right content to the right listeners.

This role is not eligible for hire in Colorado, USA.
