The localization team at Spotify is putting together a group of internationalization experts to help define, develop and guide the way internationalization is done across Spotify. We are looking for an Internationalization Program Manager to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the internationalization engineers to set up the internationalization engineering program which is responsible for incorporating internationalization, and a concern for international users, into the software development life cycle. It will also involve integrating internationalization into the developer onboarding process and our employee development and learning program. The successful candidate will also serve as the agile facilitator/scrum master for the team's own development and education projects. The role requires proven program management skills, knowledge of internationalization, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
