Job Title: Manager, P&O Systems Support

The Manager in our Corporate IT HRIS team will play a key role in supporting P&O technology initiatives to drive an exceptional employee experience as well as for our HR, Finance and business stakeholders. The Manager will work with both the IT HRIS support team and our P&O stakeholders with the primary goal of understanding the business processes, data integrity, workflows, and information requirements of the users. The Manager will interact with stakeholders from various business units, helping to support current (approx.13 core applications) and future applications and related projects. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, a quick learner and focused on delivering high value IT solutions.

Job Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of HR processes and a passion for transformational projects, road map initiatives and technology enablement.
• Work directly with other HRIS IT team members to support current business processes and support issue resolution and business changes
• Plan, direct and manage small configuration and functional project execution.
• Experience with managing worker data integrity projects and contingent worker processes and data in Workday
• Experience with implementing and managing ServiceNow and Workday relationship
• Effectively solicit, elaborate, and communicate requirements and/or issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven, and agile work environment
• Desire to learn new applications in the HR application landscape

Experience Required:
• 5-8 years in configuring and supporting Workday business processes, reporting requirements, data management and HR system users
• 5-8 years' experience in configuring Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Security, Absence Management and Organization Management
• 5-8 years in the HRIS space with exposure to and support of various HR related systems.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Computer Science or related Information Technology degree preferred
