Manager, Employer Branding & Communications

The Employer Branding & Communications Manager will implement and expand our People & Organization (Human Resources) employer brand and communications strategy globally across a variety of platforms internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to leverage your brand strategy and marketing skills to attract, retain and engage our most important resource, our people. This is the perfect role if you are hoping to learn more about HR as you will get to collaborate with leaders across the People & Organization team who specialize in Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Business Partnership, Technology, Operations, Employee Relations and Compensation. You will also support our work with a variety of external vendors and stakeholders. The Employer Branding & Communications, Manager will report directly to the Vice President of People & Organization Strategy.

Responsibilities
• Execute and expand SPE's employer brand strategy across social media, external facing websites, partnerships/collaborations and events
• Collaborate with our Internal Communications team to create communications that inspire, inform and educate employees about a variety of topics, including benefits, learning & development opportunities and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Manage the social media strategy for our talent-focused platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor and others to come
• Create content that tells the story of our employee experience, the people behind our movies and TV shows, as well as our efforts to support the community and build an inclusive environment at SPE and across the industry
• Develop and drive ad campaigns across our social media channels to strategically expand our candidate pool
• Partner closely with our Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure that our evolving branding and communications strategy supports them in attracting top talent

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications and/or brand strategy
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of employer branding
• Internal employee communications experience preferred
• Ability to tailor communications (written, verbal, video, etc.) to best meet the needs of the audience
• Knowledgeable about social media content, data, analytics and managing campaigns
• Experience creating visual assets
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
• Willingness to follow existing brand guidelines while still finding ways to get creative
• Very comfortable using all MS Office Suite Products (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain sensitive/confidential information
