Job Description
In this role, you will work at the intersection of music and technology, helping to amplify the vision and voices of our artists across Sony's video partner platforms.

The A&R Optimization team is a relatively new and growing team focused on understanding how these platforms are changing the way that the music business works and what Sony can do to optimize our music to fit them.

This role supports the team in growing video views and engagement for Sony Music's artists with research and data input, understanding and using YouTube's content management system as well as working with other parts of the A&R team to create artist playlists, helping to source artwork and uploading videos to YouTube.

What you'll do:
• Research and Data input to properly optimize Sony's video catalog on YouTube
• Upload YouTube videos to various Sony owned and artist channels
• Supporting team to optimize official artist channels on YouTube
• Researching missing videos on partner platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery and optimization issues
• Source imagery and playlists

Who you are:
• 2+ year's experience in a relevant work environment. Release management and/or YouTube experience preferred
• A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details and has a great work ethic
• You are hungry to learn and grow. You are curious, ask questions and get excited about new projects
• You are willing and excited to support the team as needed
