SINCLAIR ADVERTISING SUPPORT OPEREATIONS (SASO) has an exciting opportunity for you! We have an opening for a Manager, Advertising Support Operations who is responsible for overseeing the SASO Customer Data and Broadcast Traffic Support Desk.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the SASO Customer Data and Broadcast Traffic Support teams, including training, approving time cards, and monitoring/approving leave requests
• Assist in the hiring process of new employees
• Perform and review performance overviews with personnel annually
• Coach department supervisors and aid in the development of their leadership and managerial skills
• Conduct department staff meetings
• Ensure employees are fully trained on all systems pertaining to their job functions and that employees regularly attend department trainings to further grow their knowledge
• Enter and maintain customer profile while following procedures and policy
• Become the ''subject matter expert'' on all sales software systems
REQUIREMENTS:
• You must be computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated, and dependable
• The ability to prioritize, stay positive, and focused while leading a team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous Broadcast TV or Radio experience is required
• Experience with broadcast traffic systems is required
• College Degree or equivalent experience
