We are actively seeking to add a new teammate, the SENIOR MANAGER, LEADERSHIP LEARNING & ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAMS, to the ViacomCBS Learning Team. We are part of the People Development group, which also includes Talent Management and Engagement.

You have the credibility and platform skills to engage leaders at all levels in dialogues, including giving feedback on leadership capabilities. You can craft novel content and innovative experiences to help leaders understand and apply new skills, as well as spread their impact across the organization. Day-to-day:
• Design, develop and facilitate compelling and willing to take action learning programs and experiences for leaders at different levels, from junior to senior executive; evaluate the efficacy and iterate as needed
• Frequency of facilitation will average 1-2 days/week with ~2-hour modules
• Help design, develop and implement unique leadership / organization effectiveness programs that increase the profile of key leaders both inside and outside the organization, and spread standard methodologies and build networks (ex. Leader Ted Talks or Leadership Development Days)
• Program manage a small group of select vendor partners in the delivery of learning journeys; provide feedback and suggestions to improve impact and learning transfer
• Collaborate with HR business partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to identify performance gaps and build programs / other interventions that accelerate leadership success
• Provide direct leadership to 1-2 people, including a Learning Coordinator; this involves coaching, coordinating/directing work, and celebrating achievements in areas such as vendor relations, schedule management, learning logistics, analytics and reporting; and learning technologies (LMS and e-learning)

Key projects:

Within the first year you will have dramatically changed the learning culture at ViacomCBS by delivering on the following high-impact projects:
• Support the design and delivery of a menu of leadership journeys that help leaders be their best selves at work and in life. Capitalize on your creativity to test novel approaches (ex. Learner communities, coaching circles, practice buddies, etc.) that emphasize lasting behavior change
• Lead the design and implementation of unique leadership / organization effectiveness programs, in partnership with business leaders from across the company
• Coach leaders in application of new skills and in inspiring their teams to higher levels of performance
• Work with leaders and their teams in an action-learning capacity to implement new traits and processes; apply change management techniques to help teams institutionalize changes

Basic Qualifications:
• Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning and Development, Organization Development or Human Resources
• 4+ years of Learning and Development or related experience (ex. Training with adult learners in a corporate or similar environment; facilitation of change management or organizational development initiatives)
• Exemplary diplomacy and executive communications capabilities that reflect this role's frequent interactions with our most senior business leaders
• Strong facilitation skills – you're able to deftly respond to questions, manage disruptions and move a group through course content while balancing inclusion and timing; you can weave in related content to make connections for learners and adjust or pivot when needed
• Amazing presentation skills – you convey ideas clearly and succinctly, highlight key takeaways and translate impact; you have strong presence, can quickly build rapport with others, and are comfortable in front of audiences of varying sizes
• Strong program management acumen, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and an approach that is flexible, resourceful, and agile to adapt to shifting organizational needs

Additional Qualifications:
• Instructional design experience focused on building innovative and problem solving courses and programs that support behavioral change
• Big picture thinking with strong process orientation
