Our Associate Manager of Ticket Sales will lead all aspects of the San Antonio FC Ticket Sales team and be tasked with growing ticket revenue for our USL franchise. This position is based in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities
• Build and develop Ticket Sales staff to include hiring, training, supervising and supporting succession and growth.
• Manage in the following areas: lead Management and distribution of accounts, developing process for category management, establishing clear sales revenue and training goals and accountable for call volume and appointment setting.
• Innovate, build and implement new ticket sales opportunities while building upon existing programs.
• Develop and implement Ticket Sales strategies, including pricing, yield management, incentives, rewards and accountability while providing group ticket revenue mileposts and updates on a weekly basis for each business unit.
• Develop processes that maximize database acquisition and lead management via Ticketmaster Archtics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate experience.
• 1-3 years of ticket sales success and leadership with previous sales management experience preferred.
• Proficient in ticketing systems (CRM), Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
• Proficiency in basic selling techniques and ability to teach other, ability to provide active listening and conflict leadership skills.
• Experience working with department heads and decision-makers (internal and external customers).
• This role will be required to live in San Antonio, TX (or nearby) with the ability to work remotely 40% of the time/60% of work needed to be performed onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis.
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and problem solving skills required.
• Strong teamwork aptitude and customer service skills required.
• Available to work flexible hours including, evenings, weekends, some holidays & event nights.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking and writing), preferred.
