The Overview

Rogers & Cowan PMK seeks an Account Manager to lead multiple programs and execution for a client's esports partnerships with Riot Games. The position will manage the execution of the partnership elements on a global level. This person will work with the Account Director to have various day-to-day program management and client/agency integration responsibilities. Gaming and esports industry background is a tremendous plus.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and within a multi-agency team setting, while supporting the brand focused initiatives and event activation. The AM should be a strong client services manager who is thoroughly organized and detail oriented. This position typically requires a solid client management background, along with experience in developing strategic recommendations, and event management/hospitality experience.

The Fine Print
• Lead plan development and agency execution of activities and programming related to client's global esports sponsorship properties
• Facilitate integration of Global Esports marketing initiatives with North American based client and global agency teams
• Mange the development of fully integrated marketing activation plans, strategies, budgets and deliverables
• Oversee approvals for creative, advertising, promotional, marketing communications, and media partner integrations
• Lead program recaps, measurement reporting and client presentation development
• Maintain relationships with gaming and esports properties on behalf of client
• Lead event marketing management and execution (Project plans, Budget management, Timelines)
• Prepare written POV's on all relevant client sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Supervise and research driven activity for existing clients and produce report of findings
• Serve as liaison for approvals across creative/branding, PR, digital and social media, and media partner promotions
• Management of specific materials related to individual events, including but not limited to management of accompanying digital platforms and all activation elements
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties

The Needs
• A passion for gaming – this isn't just a job for you
• 5+ years agency/client service experience in partnerships – some time in a client service focused agency a requirement
• experience in gaming and/or esports industry required– additional agency experience a tremendous plus
• Strong client service. You should be full of energy and have a positive 'can do' attitude that you share with the team, alongside priding yourself on delivering excellence in client services and high standards project delivery across the board
• Experience in implementing marketing plans and on-site event execution
• Experience in document writing including status reports, recaps, industry/competitive analysis
• Able and comfortable to operate within a dynamic, global working environment across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of personality types
• Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal. A writing and PowerPoint assignment may be part of the hiring process.
• Strong budget management and/or reconciliation experience
• Ability to maintain relationships with key partners (e.g. properties, venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.)
• Excellent organization skills including the management of multiple projects diligently
• Excellent computer skills, master of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and collaboration platforms
• Ability and flexibility to travel and weekend/holiday work as needed

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
