Job Description
This position works in China Entertainment, with a dotted line to IP Strategy, a group within the Entertainment Pillar. IP Strategy is the group that manages Riot's direction and collaboration in the IP and unlocks Riot storytellers to tell resonant, coherent and impactful stories that delight fans across the globe.

As a Program Manager, you will execute all China-based delivery aspects of the IP Tool Suite - throughout the development and operating lifecycle - to deliver on the goal of making it intuitive and fun for Rioters to work in the IP. You will collaborate with the central IPS program managers to design, deliver and optimize a best-in-class customer experience for all Rioters working in the IP, with a special focus on China HQ. You will partner with central Riot technical resources to define the best systems, tools and personnel to deliver on the product goals. You will report directly to the Head of Business Operations, China Entertainment, with a dotted line to the Director of Operations, IP Strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the IPS Tools product roadmap in partnership with creative, architecture, operations and technical teams
• Establish processes and delivery methodologies to ensure we accomplish program goals, with a lens on optimizing for China
• Report on program performance, ensuring product achieves milestones against its objectives
• Manage program-level risks and issues
• Organize program-level planning, communication and team member rituals
• Partner with Creative Foundations to successfully localize and produce necessary additional guidelines for China HQ
• Provide a solution for the China Creative Advisor to systematically track creative development across China products
• Proactively identify systemic gaps in the localization program, and partner with central IPS to design and implement technical/procedural solutions to cover those gaps.
• Maintain partner relationships, providing visibility into work streams
• Be an internationalization guru, leading a share of Globalization efforts in partnership with the IPS Team, and helping to design the next generation of solutions for regions beyond China
• Provide required support to China Entertainment BU for CPX, LBE, Music and Content products and potential collaborations between China Entertainment with other pillars

Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of program/product management experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Agile work systems (Kanban, Scrum, …)
• Experience working with technical roles required for premium web development (web engineers, UX/UI designers, etc)
• Prior success developing productive working relationships with team members, colleagues, and all customers.
• Experience managing projects/tasks, project planning, and schedule development across multiple groups.
• Experience facilitating virtual meetings that are inclusive, engaging and productive.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with full life cycle of web development, including ideation and design
• Experience implementing various CMS softwares that provide a user-friendly backend experience
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
