Email Specialist - Pure Flix

Sony Pictures Entertainment – Pure Flix is looking for a high-performing Email Specialist with a bias for action who will be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of all batch and workflow automation email deliver. From concept through delivery, the Email Specialist will improve the member experience by executing the brand well across all components of the email marketing experience.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in email marketing, HTML design as well as email automation systems with outstanding written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain existing email marketing strategies to guide prospects through the Member Journey.
Optimize email communications to support each lifecycle stage within the Member Journey. Conceive and develop email marketing strategies that will continue to grow our member base by providing up to date ideas and trends.

Focus on results by forecasting, measuring, and reporting metrics on digital member communications projects. Develop email marketing reports, dashboards and analysis on email performance, conversions, attribution, and effectiveness.

Work cross-team to execute and maintain an email marketing strategy that supports all aspects of the marketing team. This consists of transactional and transformational communications.

Exhibit a passion for the email marketing profession by continually learning, understanding, and developing best practices and sharing that knowledge generously across the team. Exhibit that same passion for the streaming industry and share insights, competitor innovations and trends broadly.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience managing large-scale email marketing campaigns
• Preferred: 2+ years Hubspot experience (Desired: Hubspot Marketing Software certification or Hubspot Inbound certification. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Photoshop)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, business, or related field
• Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and trends for continual improvement in search campaigns
• Self-starter, Passionate, committed with a high level of energy
