Role Overview:

PlayStation are going through a period of exponential growth in hiring demands globally. Our growing EMEA Talent Acquisition Team are looking for a top-quality Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help with supporting the Recruiters with coordinating high volumes of interviews.

This role will support business requests across EMEA with a targeted focus in the UK, partnering with the Recruiter to ensure a streamlined service is provided to candidates and the wider business throughout the Recruitment journey.

Reporting to the Senior Recruiter and joining a fun and tight-knit team, you will focus on calendar management for high volumes of interviews, some of which can be complex and intricate to arrange. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams. Showcasing the TA Team.

This is a permanent position based out of our London (Soho) or Liverpool (City Centre) office with a flexibility to work from home.

What you'll be doing:
• Provide recruitment coordination and administration support for PlayStation Europe
• Manage scorecard for responses on our ATS and drive completion rates to ensure all interviews are recorded
• Support Hiring Managers with interview bookings when appropriate, acting as the point of contact to proactively find suitable times and dates to conduct interviews
• Work with recruitment agency suppliers when required to ensure an efficient recruitment process is completed
• Maintain and update recruitment data to track performance ensuring it is accurate
• Support Senior Recruiter with coordinating Careers Fairs & Events
• Be an ATS champion and ensure the internal recruitment systems are updated and accurate
• Support Hiring Managers with training and upskilling to use the ATS
• Coordinate and track all internal referrals to ensure successful referrers receive payment in a timely manner
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team with candidate on-boarding, working closely with HR Operations and the wider HR team to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience
• Ensure each new starter has a point of contact in their team before they start to ensure they are onboarded effectively
• Coordinate and track all work experience and internship requests
• General administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team – reports, invoicing etc.
• Coordinate and distribute the weekly internal job opportunities email

What we're looking for:
• Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Tenacious and able to deal with ambiguity
• Passionate about the PlayStation brand and is able express this to all candidates and hiring managers as a true brand ambassador
• Experience of using invoice systems such as Concur
• Strong excel skills and passionate about data
• Able to manage a heavy workload and prioritise accordingly
• Experience of managing a high level of interview bookings at one time
• Experience of interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Personable, strong communicator who can work with a variety of internal & external customers at all levels
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work on their own initiative

Preferred Skills:
• Experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS) would be highly beneficial- such as Workday and Greenhouse
• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Coordinator/ Assistant passionate about recruitment would be highly desirable
• A second European language such as French or German would be highly desirable
