This is a 12-month contracted position through our staffing partner Eastridge with a high likelihood of extension.
Overview:

The Digital Producer will be a key contributor to the overall strategy and creative vision for an internal creative studio at one of the world's largest entertainment companies. The role ideally has a background or foundation in video production and post-production, with the ability to create, oversee, and execute unique projects across a variety of platforms. The focus of the Digital Producer will be to collaborate with the creative teams to develop and create unique brand experiences, while interfacing with clients and delivering exceptional projects on deadline.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to function as the main contact person between the creative team and our various clients
• Ability to lead a creative team in the development of strong concepts and campaigns that engage users while meeting clients' end objectives
• Ability to channel and focus creativity and execute on projects under challenging time constraints and deadlines
• Strong background and experience with leading post-production video projects, with the ability to be the liaison and main point of contact between clients and our creative team.
• Ability to understand and execute on client feedback and/or team notes to achieve desired end product
• A basic understanding of the artistic and design process, across a variety of mediums
• Ability to be a proactive contributor to the creative process from the beginning of a project through delivery
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to creative or situational changes and/or requests
• Ability to multi-task, balance multiple projects and identify and tackle priorities
• Ability to work as part of a small team on both short-term and long-term projects

Skills & Experience:
• Experience engaging, supporting and leading various teams while moving projects forward
• Excellent communication and project management skills. The Digital Producer will be responsible for multiple projects from concept to completion
• Ability to accurately project and manage budgets and personnel for both long-term and short-term projects
• Understanding and working knowledge of social media trends and marketing tactics
• Experience developing and creating campaign presentations and pitch materials
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills. The Digital Producer is expected to be a positive, contributing member of the creative team throughout production, while actively liaising with clients and exceeding expectations
• Understanding or interest in the video game industry beneficial, but not required
• Possess basic technical skills and/or the ability to learn and apply new skillsets quickly
