The Velocity Pitch team is a client-facing marketing team passionate about advertiser partner needs and the monetization of Paramount programming and products.

The Manager of Pitch position reports into the Director or Senior Director, and will work across the entire Paramount portfolio. In this role, you will partner with Ad Sales and support the Pitch Management Team to help develop convergent campaigns across various Paramount Properties. Collaboration, precision to detail and an unwavering dedication to success are core to successfully performing this role.

Responsibilities include:
• Support a dedicated sales team to coordinate creative development, presentation and project management
• Work cross-disciplinarily with sales, programming and creative departments in order to facilitate concept development and execution of linear and online driven business
• Author support materials for the advertising sales force, including standard sponsorship packages and custom convergent programs
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to address client feedback and/or changes to a marketing proposal/concept
• Track, communicate and disseminate client sponsorship information in order to provide oversight and a constant flow of communication
• Monitor progress on all phenomenal custom pitches and update reports accordingly

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in Ad Sales, integrated marketing and/or agency experience

• Client-focused mind-set while understanding the needs of ad sales and the channels
• Phenomenal balance of disciplined critical thinking and creative passion demonstrating research skills
• A problem solver and the desire to tackle projects with the gusto of a startup employee
• Excellent project management skills (Well-organized, meticulous, ability to prioritize and multi-task)
• Creative writing skills in addition to excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Bravery in owning the room with the ability to manage both up and down and across the organization
• Curiosity about social media and digital platforms
