SO, WHATS THE JOB?

The Studio Marketing + Branded Content team is a group dedicated to campaign pitch and activation across Paramount's Ad Solutions specifically aligned with the Theatrical, Streaming and Network advertising partners. We partner with the Sales and Creative teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that drive upfront and scatter budgets. Then, lead the activation of partner programs across all Paramount screens and networks (except BET), in collaboration with channel constituents. In addition, we manage all campaign work regarding Upfront Advertisers with sold marketing and an identified property, from pitch through activation.

As Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Studio Marketing and Branded Content Team to pitch and execute cross-platform programs for clients in the theatrical and streaming business across MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, Nickelodeon, Nick@Nite, AwesomenessTV, CBS Interactive, PlutoTV, and Paramount+!

The coordinator will assist with a variety of projects including, but not limited to: RFP responses, campaign management, department tracking, cross-company synergy efforts, award submissions and marketing materials creation!

The Day To Day:
• Support Department Managers on multi-platform campaigns, with projects spanning linear, digital, social, and experiential platforms.
• Maintain studio team campaign reporting and tracking of internal pitch/execution documents for team and department.
• Collaborate on the creation of pitch decks, one-sheets, and wrap decks.
• Create internal briefs for campaigns outlining the marketing strategy, creative asks, deliverables, and resources.
• Assist with program execution including managing internal notes/revisions, routing creative to Legal, Standards, track production schedules, and other logistic elements.
• Attend internal programming, sales, and marketing meetings and take notes for teamwide distribution.
• Light administrative support for Department Vice President primarily calendar management and meeting organization.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of professional experience working in consulting, strategy, or advertising, and a familiarity with Integrated marketing and Ad Sales

• A creative and strategic thinker who has a deep interest in and passion for entertainment, media, emerging platforms/media apps/tech, and client service.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment; flexible and adaptable to change
• Experience supporting cross-disciplinary working teams
• Experience preparing creative/strategic briefs and managing timelines
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proactive self-starter and great teammate, ability to learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to changing industry and organizational landscape
