Role Details: As a member of the Paramount+ Content Systems Product team, you'll own the tools and systems that power our streaming experiences. You'll play an instrumental role in ensuring that Paramount+ can be operated efficiently as we grow with millions of new subscribers in numerous countries around the world. This is a brand-new team that is rapidly growing and is focused on solving problems and improving workflows and tools for the people we work with every day. We're looking for smart, dedicated and highly collaborative individuals to help us build forward-looking, intelligently-crafted tools that can allow our team's efforts to scale as our business grows. The solutions we're working on are mission-critical and are at the heart of how we deliver premium content to millions of people every day! This role is focused on delivering on and contributing to the vision and roadmap for our Video Systems & Tools. You will act as a technical product owner for a segment of our Video domains, with a primary focus on Video Ingest & Distribution. You will help to drive the buildout and growth of an API product for automated content ingestion, complete with front-end UI and a dashboard that we are consistently iterating on. Additionally, this team also powers delivery of content to a growing number of partners who offer P+ content on their services. These systems and workflows are integral to enabling the thousands of hours of content feeding Paramount+ applications, and managing their evolution is critical to the success of the service and to our ability to manage and process such an immense ''mountain of entertainment.''. Responsibilities
• Act as Product Owner for a scrum team dedicated to Paramount+ Video Systems and Tools
• Collaborate with the VIdeo Operations & Engineering teams to build knowledge of existing video-related systems and gain an understanding of needs from the larger team in order to translate those needs into actionable projects and long-term roadmap
• Engage in scrum team activities (grooming, planning, standups, story writing, and prioritization)
• Provide clear vision to support technical development including but not limited to: scope documentation, use cases, workflows, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, etc.
• Work across domains and external teams to ensure all requirements are gathered and documented in JIRA.
• Align various stakeholders across product, technology & operations on delivery scope and in preparation for launches
• Work to meet agreed upon time frames / target dates with the scrum team and PMO partners
• Develop trust across teams and build relationships to ensure collaboration across groups; facilitate execution within a complex organizational environment
• Create a strong partnership with both Video Operations & Engineering; work together to determine solutions and ensure that the development team has all the information they need to successfully execute initiatives
• Additional other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product management for software development, with demonstrated competence in prioritizing against business value and balancing trade-offs
• Demonstrated passion for building workflow tools and supporting internal teams • Deep understanding of & comfort with complex technical workflow systems and tools; video supply chain experience a strong plus
• Ability to define, prioritize and execute on a Video product backlog across multiple points of intake and support. Manage competing priorities across verticals • Strong interest in and understanding of the streaming media landscape
• Able to form valuable relationships with people across functional groups in order to facilitate effective product development
• Strong sense of best practices for product management and have extensive experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, ability to lead meetings and drive result
