We are the Audience Acquisition team, part of the ViacomCBS Streaming Group, Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team (MACS). We work closely with the digital teams at ViacomCBS to promote and amplify the very best content and products of what is produced every day.

We are looking for a dedicated and organized team member to support the MACS Audience Acquisition marketing team and grow within this exciting team! You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are a fast learner and are willing to take on projects and direction as assigned. You show a strong work ethic and strive to continually learn and grow your digital marketing skills. You are organized, punctual and professional. The role will support the team's efforts on acquisition campaigns, with special focus on campaign operations and processes

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and the Consumer Marketing team to execute SEM acquisition marketing campaigns, with specific expertise on paid search channels (Google AdWords, Microsoft Search Ads (Bing). This will be a fun and fast paced role so we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented team-player to join our entrepreneurial team.

Responsibilities:
• Help create, manage, and optimize large-scale paid search (PPC) and Youtube campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing, and Apple so that they meet the target KPIs across a diverse range of initiatives (eg: revenue generation, new subscribers, brand awareness)
• Generate keyword lists, ad copy, and any other campaign assets
• Research keywords for inclusion and exclusion
• Stay on top of new platform updates and features
• Contributes to ideas and solutions to meet business objectives
• Attend team meetings and department calls
• Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and findings
• Complete special projects as needed
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1+ years of experience in paid search advertising (i.e. Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.), Apple Search Ads, YouTube
• Experience trafficking campaigns and pulling reporting in Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM)
• Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, email, display, search marketing, ad ops
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Google drive, Google documents.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and collaborators
