Overview:

The Search & Shopping team connects advertisers with new and existing customers on a global scale through our search syndication partnerships. We are looking for a seasoned search marketer to drive business growth through implementing digital marketing campaigns as well as maintaining relationships with media partners.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize large-scale paid search (PPC) campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads across a variety of verticals to meet revenue and ROAS targets. Implement processes to improve performance of SEM campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, ad copy, and keyword expansion.
• Manage other online direct-response, ROI-driven marketing campaigns on paid social, display, content recommendation units, etc. Lead ideation of test & learn framework for marketing channels.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to continuously improve landing page features and enhance site monetization across our digital properties.
• Develop positive relationships with external media partners and vendors. Strategize to drive the program forward while providing clear direction and feedback.
• Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and findings.
• Forecast ongoing performance based on history, market behavior and future opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience with paid search required, preferably with large keyword sets (>1 million).
• 2+ years of experience with managing high-volume performance marketing campaigns on display, social and native networks (GDN, FB, Outbrain and Taboola).
• Agency account or client experience.
• Deep expertise with optimizing to ROAS and/or CPA buy-side KPI's.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization skills (Google Analytics, Omniture, Excel, Google sheets, etc.)

• Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with the ability to build positive relationships!
• Excels in a dynamic, data-driven, metrics oriented environment.
• High energy, low ego. Works with colleagues and peers in a professional and collaborative style!
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with managing direct reports preferred.
• Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification preferred.
• Familiarity with search arbitrage strongly preferred.
