Job Description
Job Title: Music Royalty Administrator
Reports To: Royalty Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Royalty
Summary: Assist all areas of royalty administration, including, but not limited to downloading source statements, organizing, and routing them internally, onboarding new clients in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Responsible for downloading all royalty source statements and organizing internally.
· Field high volumes internal and external royalty inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
· A general understanding of programming convention
· Prepare change of address notices for new clients
· Meet hard reporting deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude under pressure
· Familiarity with Python and using a command line to run scripts a plus

Education / Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of music royalties experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent) strongly preferred
