Job Description
As a French team, our ambition is to entertain the 67 million French with our global content and create must-see French content for the World. In that, we want to stay true to our principles globally and be pragmatic enough to lead Netflix to long-term success in France. With that, we need a strong Talent team to partner closely with the teams based in our Paris office to support and challenge them as they work to drive even more growth.

At Netflix France our HR Talent Partner (HRTP) is the primary partner providing guidance, coaching and advice to first-line managers (leaders of smaller scope teams and orgs) and the wider employee population. He/she acts as the frontline consultants in support of talent management practices within the Talent team (onboarding, performance management, development, team health, culture). A key area of focus for the Talent Partner is to increase manager capability, enabling them to be more self-sufficient, driving manager education on important people programs, tools and processes.

The Talent Partner, France is a new role reporting to the Director, HRBP.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Management
• Support the onboarding of new Netflix employees including initiatives for new hire orientations and immersion in the Netflix culture
• Collaborate with Learning and Organizational Development team on talent development plan and priorities for the function/location aligned with the Talent strategy
• Partner with the Inclusion and Diversity team to support with the rollout of employee wide inclusion initiatives
• Guide managers with career conversations, development plans/career growth plans, building inclusive leadership capabilities and other development initiatives
• Guide managers around 'talent density' to ensure high performing teams
• Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and gather insights and identify themes
• Talent Experience
• Acting as the main point of contact for the Netflix employee populations, connecting with the relevant subject matter experts within Talent and collaborating to create an aligned approach
• Regular pulse syncs with employees and managers to assess leadership, overall team effectiveness and organization health
• Data integrity and reporting
• Understand re-organisation/team structure changes and coordinate with the Employee Services team on data updates (ad-hoc or mass upload)
• Manage reporting and analysis that's specialized to the needs in France
• Analyze data and observations across the organization in areas such as promotions, hiring, exits, highlighting trends and using them to inform recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate
• Execution of recurring Talent programs
• Provide advice, guidance, and manage questions for the roll out of global Talent Programs
• Partner with HRBPs in the education of these programs through facilitated sessions or coaching at the individual/team level
• Partner with HRBPs on additional, custom designed office-wide / function-wide Talent programs e.g. feedback cycles, compensation review, training and development, inclusion initiatives
• Complex case management/leaves of absence/health and safety
• Taking the lead on employee/ER matters in partnership with the Employee Relations team (e.g. performance management, terminations & exits, long term disability, Leaves of Absences)
• Point of contact for occupational health referrals and wellbeing support
• Act as country Talent representative in I&D Working group and CSE.

Profile/Experience
• Min. 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience (this would likely be in a HR Manager or Junior HRBP role)
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis
• Fluent on the topic Inclusion and Diversity and its application
• Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written French and English
• Ability to influence and prioritize
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization
• Project management and execution skills
• Demonstrable experience of coaching and consulting in a high performance culture
• Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team & business
