In this role, you will be part of a growing global regulatory compliance team responsible for ensuring that Netflix is able to fulfill its mission of entertaining the world. You'll need to be beyond excited about helping an innovative company come up with new workflows and automation solutions. As a corporate compliance manager, you will be responsible for operationalizing and managing enterprise wide compliance efforts. Whether it is management of third party due diligence tools or streamlining information for the annual risk assessment, you are someone who is ready to think outside the box, not looking for boxes to check.

Responsibilities
• Lead ongoing implementation and management of the enterprise-wide third party due diligence platform, as well as enhanced due diligence reports.
• Regulatory Compliance point of contact for the enterprise-wide reporting hotline.
• Support company compliance with global human rights legislation (e.g. UK Modern Slavery Act).
• Develop and operationalize annual compliance communication and training plans for corporate employees.
• Manage development and deployment of new data dashboards for the global regulatory compliance org and identify opportunities to automate and streamline compliance processes.
• Partner with global and regional compliance leads on enterprise-wide compliance initiatives (e.g. gift guidelines, Code of Ethics, Global Anti-Corruption Policy, etc).
• Serve as the Regulatory Compliance point of contact for M&A related operational compliance issues.
• Provide backup coverage to regional compliance leads on an as-needed basis.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound communications from the internal compliance mailbox.
• Assist and support other key strategic compliance initiatives such as the annual regulatory compliance risk assessment.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of substantial experience in compliance or as legal manager at a multinational company or law firm
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, possess an abundance of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethic
• Demonstrated ability to implement innovative automation solutions, plus strong risk assessment and project management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great sense of humor
• Self-starter and fast learner that can work independently while using impeccable judgment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and identify trends
• Superior organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a mindset that processes can always be improved
• Prior experience in managing and/or conducting due diligence requests a plus
