We are pursuing consumer products and experiences because we believe it will drive meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content IRL and drive long-term value. We want merchandise and experiences to help promote our titles and build them into title brands or franchises so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time.

We're looking for a smart, motivated, scrappy individual to work as a Coordinator to support the development of innovative marketing campaigns for Netflix Live Experiences. The role will support the Marketing Manager in global creative campaign development, creation of marketing materials, and cross-functional team efforts.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to:
• Support the marketing arm of Live Experiences to develop culturally relevant and impactful global campaigns that connect with consumers
• Assist in ideation and production of breakthrough creative materials - including assets for social, digital, print, outdoor, etc
• Liaise with outside agencies, content creators, and talent partners
• Catalog incoming and outgoing assets, including approvals with external agencies and partners
• Create marketing decks, memos, project tracking materials, and management of various documents with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., consumer marketing, series publicity, business & legal affairs, strategy, etc.) and agency partners
• Work with internal teams across the company for experience requests, campaign visibility, and execute best practices that enable us to collaborate and move more quickly and effectively
• Asset management (workflow/timelines) and transfer between internal and external departments (title marketing, series PR, production, and marketing agencies), ensuring timely delivery
• Support Sponsorship efforts with creative ideas and campaign management, and integration oversight
• Create and manage timelines with critical milestones and track to global experience calendar
• Maintain spending against marketing campaign budgets

What we need from you:
• Demonstrated 4+ years of marketing experience at a creative agency or in location-based entertainment.
• Self-starter, passionate and curious about all aspects of the business - especially when bridging the gap between our content and our brand - and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, have a creative eye, be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
• Natural team leader with the ability to conceptualize and articulate creative strategy and production
