The Role

The Inclusion Team Coordinator supports the delivery of our Inclusion team's global programs, being part of the team that ensures that our programs and other offerings run smoothly and meet the needs of our business. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly role.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage daily operations and activities supporting global Inclusion program efforts - which include virtual learning logistics (i.e communications execution, meeting scheduling, Zoom functionality, digital learning components, etc.)
• Assist in the coordination of Inclusion related events
• Maintain tracking of projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader Inclusion operations team and key stakeholders
• Assist in the maintenance of the Inclusion Microsite
• Helping track and manage expenses
• Answer day-to-day tactical questions from ERGs
• Sit in on ERG leader meetings as needed and share context with the broader ERG support team, and vice-versa.

• Is passionate about, and have some experience with, Inclusion and Diversity programs.
• You understand the importance and impact of Inclusion and Diversity at any organization
• You are open to and respectful of cultural differences
• You have had some diversity and inclusion awareness training and are eager to learn more
• You have some experience in supporting Inclusion and Diversity programs (employee resource groups, for example), even if you've never done it as your primary job
• You are a creative and thorough researcher who can help our growing team stay at the forefront of the Inclusion strategy
• You are comfortable reviewing and summarizing inclusion-related data
