WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll help to bring our enterprise-wide talent development strategy and uniquely NBCUniversal development experiences at the Talent Lab to life. Your days will regularly shift between the big-picture planning and curation of our development experiences to examining and coordinating the small details that make them a success. This role will work in aligning talent new to the company and role (e.g. Analyst, Manager, Director) helping build critical people skills and helping to curate, create and scale content across the organization.

AT THE CORE OF THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Support multiple Talent Lab experiences to efficiently run both virtually and in-person, based in London, which will include experience coordination and logistics, project planning, reporting and communications, learning design and facilitation.
• Have your voice heard by providing in-person and virtual facilitation for select Talent Lab experiences including:
• START, our new hire orientation
• INFLUENCE, our communication experience for individual contributors
• JUMP, our leadership experience for new people managers
• Create core, common and critical learning content, tools, videos and guides that can be scaled across the organization.
• Coordinate, organize and produce virtual learning labs while supporting the needs of our talent
• Plan logistics for meetings and events including room reservations, technology set-up and catering

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Helping to deliver on our Talent Lab experiences
• Design learning content
• Produce, present and facilitate learning experiences (both face-to-face and virtual)
• Project manage our experiences
• Ensure the quality of the experience for all our talent, from logistics to learning materials to lunch (when we're in person again)
• Perform needs analysis and design/update learning experiences regularly
• Manage existing vendor relationships and evaluate future vendor partners
• Evaluate experiences and continually make improvements
• Partner on creating scalable solutions for the organization
• Curate and design best-in-practice tools and guides to accompany labs and standalone
• Create short learning videos via scriptwriting, recording and editing
• Leverage different media and design elements to create memorable learning content
• Support existing vendor relationships and help evaluate future vendor partners
• Play in the ''white space'' – helping to brainstorm and execute on truly unique learning for new and existing experiences.

Every week will be different, and you'll play an important role developing our talent, which is at the heart of our success as a creative company.

DESIRED

We're a lean team that moves quickly, so to jump on in we'll expect that you have:
• Extensive experience in talent management processes, organizational development, and/or designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions in the new hire, new manager, and individual contributor space
• Experience as a facilitator in virtual and/or in-person environments
• Experience designing for in-person learning as well as video-based or online learning and have experience in multiple delivery modes
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in event management is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• A bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel, if required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

You've put in more time developing yourself than the bare minimum and have developed further expertise in the talent, strategy, and design space, which may include:
• Experience in aligning Talent to new roles, whether it be new hires or new managers
• Experience in curating and creating learning content (videos, guides) using graphic design/publishing tools like PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
