As the Talent Branding Marketing Manager you'll help bring the sentiment of ''Here you can'' to life across our diverse portfolio of brands. In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert on NBCUniversal's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). You'll have the opportunity to work with our TA, HR and business partners, building employer branding campaigns and advising on recruitment marketing solutions for short-term and long-term hiring needs. The goal of the Talent Brand Marketing Manager is to engage top talent and grow talent pipelines (but you already know that because you're an EB expert!) This is a very unique role that provides opportunities to work across multiple functions – one day you may be working on building recruitment marketing strategies for attracting tech talent, the next - you're constructing a plan to target skilled producers to launch a new show!

First things first. Our Direct-to-Consumer business is eager to create unique employer branding campaigns and attract candidates across all functions to their rapidly-growing, dynamic teams. This means you'll be working with Internal Comms, Employee Engagement and Marketing experts for brands like Peacock, Fandango and International Networks. You'll act as a consultant and sounding board to ensure that each businesses' unique culture shines through while maintaining the consistent voice of NBCU's EVP. This includes working with agencies to strategize, develop and deliver out-of-the box solutions for employer branding campaigns across external platforms (shameless plug: follow the workatnbcu accounts to see what we're up to.) You'll also have the opportunity to embed yourself in the employee lifecycle, creating best practices for leveraging the employer brand internally and rallying our talented employees.

Job Duties:
• Collaborate with various members of the organization including TA, HR, and Brand Marketing Teams.
• Build relationships with internal key partners to understand each businesses' challenges, culture, and goals when building external narratives.
• Work with internal marketing teams and external vendors to define and promote consistent branding strategies and campaigns for recruitment needs.
• Maintain brand integrity while developing multifaceted marketing campaigns keeping in mind the EVP and individual business guidelines.
• Own vendor relationships, organize and delegate project tasks to appropriate partners
• Be a Recruitment Marketing subject-matter-expert and lead strategies for various businesses during high-priority hiring initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in employer branding, or a background in a variety of similar fields such as marketing, public relations, or communications.
• You've owned agency relationships and worked with third party vendors. You're able to articulate complex needs clearly.
• You're an established team leader. You've led high visibility projects, collaborating with many stakeholders.
• Well-versed in brand marketing and a steward of brand integrity.
• Excellent attention to detail. You're skilled at managing your time, juggling multiple projects at once, and you love a to-do list. You're diligent when it comes to formatting, organizing down to the smallest detail, and meeting your deadlines.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You're a problem-solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills who knows how to tailor copy and communication to different audiences.
• You look for ways to continuously optimize brand and pipeline campaigns in partnership with business partners.
• You've tried and tested Recruitment Marketing campaigns.
• Data is your jam and you're always thinking ahead – establishing KPI's for measuring success, then reporting back on them.
• Inherently curious with exceptional copy writing skills, including presentation development. Strong communication & editorial skills.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
