Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The Sr. Manager Digital Ad Sales & Partnerships will work directly with NBCUniversal Latam/International properties in Miami to drive and attain sales and revenue goals. In this role, you will identify, implement, sell and support digital sales initiatives to meet revenue goals. This will be accomplished by working with Sales teams, Ads Operation, Marketing, Research, Finance and Sr. Manager of Digital Sales.
As the subject matter expert in the NBCUniversal complete portfolio of digital advertising solutions, strategies and processes, your main responsibility is to support the Director of Digital Sales with the creation of and execution against local digital revenue goals. Your primary focus will be the support of digital revenue and strategies. In addition, you will serve as the primary liaison for our sales leaders on day-to-day operations, leveraging the resources of NBCUniversal to identify, share and implement best practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have proven and successful sales experience in multimedia sales and digital advertising. Proficiency and demonstrated expertise are required in the following digital advertising products; programmatic and direct sales (display and video), 360 campaigns, social media strategy and implementation, YouTube pre-roll, lead generation and mobile strategies to reach client's KPIs.
The Specialist Ad Sales will be an expert in integrated advertising solutions. We are looking for a proactive individual that has demonstrated expertise in working with local LATAM market property teams to meet and exceed digital revenue goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Document and report on digital sales and revenue activities, strategies and goals
• Prepare, analyze and develop sales initiatives that support our local digital revenue goals.
• Lead team members to be client-facing, subject matter experts to effectively support the local sales team from pre-sale to post-sale.
• Identify and share best practices to develop programs and solutions that drive customer results in key business categories. Effectively communicate industry case studies, best-in-class solutions, and marketing strategies to end clients and sales teams.
• Facilitate both group presentations and face-to-face sales calls with Key advertising clients.
• Coach and support development of local advertising sales teams to effectively establish and manage client expectations.
• Uncover high-potential digital revenue growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and digital team members to develop best practices and actionable digital revenue plans/targets.
• Identify and assist Director to develop key local market programs and initiatives to achieve and exceed digital revenue growth plans.
• Monitor execution of identified initiatives and fulfillment; flag potential issues and coordinate development of mitigation plans with AdsOp team, where necessary.
• Serve as the liaison of the market and be the ''voice of the customer'' and local market advocate within the team.
• Support digital knowledge across the business and the development of the local sales team through coaching, mentoring and facilitation of corporate sales training and support resources.
• Programmatic: across verticals reaching premium audience

• Social Synch: access of more than 1K handles and unequaled talent-influencers worldwide + local-relevant artists

Qualifications/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong (3+ years) experience in Digital Sales including:
• Subject matter expertise in digital media services and integrating client advertising solutions with TV and digital owned and operated assets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Superior interpersonal skills and demonstrated command in large group settings.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a keen ability to proactively anticipate and provide solutions for customer needs
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish are required.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Demonstrated success in digital and integrated sales, internal/external customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience working with both large and medium sized advertising agencies and direct clients.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, rapidly changing, dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated successful selling of digital advertising products: programmatic and direct sales (display and video), 360 campaigns, social media strategy and implementation, YouTube pre-roll, lead generation and mobile strategies to reach client's KPIs.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of marketing, sales and new business development.
• Expertise in customer attribution, analytics, and storytelling.
• Active and strong knowledge of all forms of social media.
• IAB Digital Media Sales Certification (IAB DMSC) preferred.
• Google AdWords Certification preferred.
