Sr. Human Resources, Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Determine and deliver HR project scope and attainable objectives based on budget and specific deadlines; achieving significant and measurable savings and growth
• Structure and set-up the project by forecasting required project resources to reach objectives including success measures and proven ROI
• Develop and manage a detailed HR project schedules and work plan
• Provide project updates and progress on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and Steering Committee about strategy, adjustments, and measure progress performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Knowledge of market and country HR trends and specific practices related to HR management
• Manage initiation, execution, and closure of projects according to HR project methodology
• Identify and manage project constraints around cost, time, scope and quality to baseline and Pro-actively manage escalations
• Engage appropriate resources and define/implement change management strategy.
• Partner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projects.
• Ability to lead team of subject matter experts in HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines in core team meetings and deliverables, while having no direct management ownership for the team members

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field
• 7-10 years of HR Management and Project management experience
• Bilingual Spanish and English

• Proven ability to solve HR problems creatively
• Experience seeing HR projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with the ability to influence and manage others, excellent oral and written communication.
• Manage high level negotiations (internal & external)
