Job Description
Responsibilities
At the Core of this role, you will:
• Support multiple Talent Lab experiences, both based in NY and globally which will include experience coordination & logistics, project planning, communication, learning design and facilitation.
• Have your voice heard by providing in-person & virtual facilitation for select Talent Lab experiences including but not limited to:
• START, our new hire orientation
• INFLUENCE, our experience for individual contributors
• JUMP, our experience for new people leaders
• Create core, common and critical learning content, tools, videos and guides that can be scaled across the organization.
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Your Responsibilities
• Help to deliver on our Talent Lab experiences:
• Design learning content
• Host and facilitate experiences (both in-person and virtual)
• Project manage our experiences
• Ensure the quality of the learning experience for all our talent, from logistics to learning materials to meals and other networking opportunities (when we're in person again)
• Perform needs analysis and design/update learning experiences regularly
• Manage existing vendor relationships and evaluate future vendor partners
• Evaluate experiences and continually make improvements based on feedback
• Partner on creating scalable solutions for the organization:
• Curate and design best-in-practice tools and guides to accompany labs and standalone
• Create short learning videos via scriptwriting, recording and
• Leverage different media and design elements to create memorable learning content
• Play in the ''white space'' – helping to brainstorm and execute on truly unique learning for new and existing experiences.

Every week will be different, and you'll play an important role developing our talent, which is at the heart of our success as a creative company.

Qualifications/Requirements
What You'll Have
We're a lean team that moves quickly, so to jump on in, we'll expect that you have:
• At least 3+ years of experience in talent management processes, organizational development, and/or designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions in the new hire, new manager and individual contributor space.
• Experience designing for in-person learning as well as video-based or online learning and have experience in multiple delivery modes.
• Experience as a facilitator in virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• A bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.

Desired Characteristics

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
You've put in more time developing yourself than the bare minimum and have developed further expertise in the talent, strategy, and design space, which may include:
• A master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or an MBA
• Experience in aligning Talent to new roles, whether it be new hires or new leaders
• Experience in curating and creating learning content (videos, guides)
• Experience working on diversity-related programs or initiatives.
